Comfort Inn & Suites Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda

Shout out to Audrene, the maintenance team and even the night staff who checked me in. I checked in and had a problem with something in my room. I was immediately offered a new room. Somewhere in the move, we lost our keys. After a frantic search coming up short. The search continued through the night. The next morning, Audrene, the manager, said, let's go back to the first room to search. There was another SUPER AWESOME tenant in place. They allowed us to ONCE AGAIN, search the room. The keys were found in the room. Audrene never had to help me out. She went above and beyond to help me. I'd like to add that we have stayed here before and will return again. The parking is very good for us as we travel in a van with a trailer for work. There are plenty of dining options within safe walking and the rooms here are clean.

Everything was great! I do have a couple of suggestions. #1 Do something with the clocks in the rooms. They go off at random times late at night. #2 Why carts that have no bottoms? Very hard to load your carts.

Very nice rooms, spacious, huge king size bed that was like 3 feet off the ground. Loved it. Room had a sitting area, 2 TVs, clean bathroom. Also great hot tub and free breakfast.

Well we went into rehab mode at our house so we decided to stay here for few Days and ended up here for three weeks. The hotel room could use caulking in the bathroom and few minor things to be superb. However Everything is kept clean and the breakfast is great! Today with what eating out costs, the fact that the breakfast is as good as it is …is amazing. They even have hard boiled cage free eggs. There is a protein everyday which I consider important. The kids will have fun with the waffle maker as will the adults! The pool and jacuzzi are great and very clean! The best part Of the hotel is their staff. Everyone was Gracious, smiling, helpful, and made you feel “at home”.

This was a very well maintained property. Especially considering it was pet friendly. I was there over NYE . It was quiet. The only draw back was the shower hot water was closer to cold. When we told front desk and maintenance manager, his,maintenance manager, response was a shrug and doubt. I brought him to the room so he could feel the water temperature himself and he was somewhat blasé in his acknowledgement of the fact the water was not hot. This put a big dent in an otherwise appreciative stay at this property.
